This bike was painted for the memory
of my Grandfather Vernie Campbell
private first class 163rd Combat
Engineers, World War II.

This bike is very dark and hard to
photograph, The front fender has the
seal, Tank murals depicting scenes
from the conflict, with the striped butt
monkey that symbolized the 163rd,
rear fender shows a gunner and the
men parachuting in, the side cover on
the right has Betty Grable my
grandfathers favorite pin-up, and the
left side has each of the medals he
was awarded including the Purple
Heart.   The American Flag is draped
across the entire bike.
